edited October 16 in OS and apps
Open Corrupt EDB files without Exchange server then I suggest you download SysInspire EDB to PST Converter software. This software can extract Exchange Mailbox Components into multiple working formats such as EML, EMLX, MSG, PST, and HTML. There is no need for an Exchange server only MS Outlook is required it can export each email properties from, to, bcc and subject. This software can work with all Exchange servers and MS Outlook versions 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, 2003, 2002, 2000, and 97.

  • Using Microsoft ExMerge.exe Utility

ExMerge.exe is Microsoft Exchange Server Mailbox Merge Wizard that enables an Exchange administrator to extract data from mailboxes on an Exchange server and merge this data in mailboxes on another Exchange server. You can use the tool to convert EDB file to personal folders (.pst) files and then import them to Outlook. NOTE: This works for Exchange server 2000, 2003, and 5.5. The utility is no more available on Microsoft’s official site. But you can download it from other reliable sources such as CNET.

    Follow the steps below:

    1. Go to Google Search Bar -> search ExMerge.exe and download the utility
    2. Click on the ExMerge.exe setup and select the extract location
    3. Click ‘OK’ to extract
    4. Checkmark Extract data from an Exchange Server Mailbox radio box -> Next
    5. Click Import Procedure tab -> checkmark Archive data to target store -> OK
    6. Select Message Details option -> Enter details -> OK
    7. Choose Mailbox for Export -> Next->Specify Location -> Export Process complete –> Finish

The resultant PST File is now ready for import. Import it in your configured Outlook account and see all the EDB data.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Regards
